Tammy Le
Tammy Le is an Associate Attorney at Morgan & Leahy, where she defends employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including Labor Code §132a claims.
Ms. Le graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, Magna Cum Laude, with double honors from the Department of Microbiology and the Honors College. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a minor in Economics.
She received her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif, from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law simultaneously with her Masters of Dispute Resolution. She was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Evan T. Carthen Award for Inspirational Leadership. Ms. Le served as a Senior Staffer for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing. She was Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Second Year Representative of the Dispute Resolution Society.Â
