Rob Rose
Mr. Rose obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. From there he attended Pepperdine University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Rose has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 1991 and became a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law from The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in 2003. Prior to his career at Morgan & Leahy, LLP, Mr. Rose worked for a large statewide Workers’ Compensation defense firm where he represented employers, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and uninsured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including Labor Code §132a discrimination allegations and Serious and Willful misconduct claims.
