Mark Katz

Mark S. Katz received his BA in Political Science from California State University at Northridge, graduating Cum Laude. He graduated from the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law and was subsequently admitted to practice law in California.

Mr. Katz was initially involved in civil practice as both a self-employed, and in-house counsel for an insurance company, handling subrogation litigation.

Mr. Katz has over 30 years of experience in the field of workers' compensation defense litigation.

​

Mr.Katz has represented insured and self-insured employers and has extensive trial experience before the Worker Compensation Appeals Boards of Southern California.
