Lara Kossacoff

Lara Kossacoff joined Morgan and Leahy in 2023 as a Certified Paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in the workers’ compensation defense field.

Lara communicates with clients, adjusters, physicians, and attorneys on a daily basis to assist with the case development and management of files, gathering of facts and discovery, preparing legal drafts, and analyzing documents pertinent to each case for making recommendations to the attorneys she assists.  

Lara is articulate in her writing ability and has a strong ability to multitask.  She has a high level of attention to detail and good proofreading skills while focusing on strict deadlines assigned by the Courts, Judges, and Regulations.

Away from the office, Lara enjoys spending time with family and vacationing, while understanding the balance of personal and professional responsibilities.
